So if Frost wins this year the University denies everything, sweeps this under the rug, and takes whatever minor penalties the NCAA hands out.

If he loses they pull a Tennessee and use this as reason to fire him without paying his buyout. Seems pretty convenient to me. Gotta wonder who leaked this.
With Moos not being around who knows in the loop dropped the bomb that any school in the country could be doing the same thing…

LOL. Your obsession with Kirk and your use of easily verifiable misinformation to try and lower our program just makes my schadenfreude of your current situation much more satisfying. Enjoy your season.
Lol. Dude up on someone else's board ranting about obsession.

What's next, Lizzo calling someone out for refusing to put down the KFC?

So if moos wasn't in his office Jan and Feb as has been stated here, who fired Rutledge, when and how. Do I dare ask why? I just thought it was because of crappy special teams again.

Frankly I totally forgot how that whole thing went down.

Laugh at my post all you want WHCSC, this program is a joke currently and people seem to think it’s perfectly fine. Ask yourself this, would you have put up with this crap 25 years ago? How about even 10 years ago? Yet here some of you are, defending a joke of a coach because he went to school here. That’s your only reason. ANYBODY ELSE and the mob would be storming north stadium!
And at this time sunshine who would you propose to take the program over

This is just the tip of the iceberg for Fun Dip. If he truly cared about DONU, he would step down today, let TA name one of his under qualified assistants as interim HC for the season and let the program move forward with their pick of the top names in CFB once the coaching carousel fires up. He is already a lame duck coach, no sense in delaying it. Just move on already, I know that I have.
Lame duck coach of the year.

Why anyone would answer questions from the NCAA is beyond me

Tell you will schedule a meeting, then as the date gets closer, tell them you have to reschedule.

It is the NCAA! not the ******* FBI. They have no power to ask questions or force you to be questioned or give answers.

I enjoyed my very long, steamy piss on hayden frye's grave. thanks for that!

every iowegian is the same - an absolute worthless moron unfit to breathe. only good ones are piss-soaked dead ones.
I may not always agree with your opinions, but this one is gold

Glad to see I hurt your feelings!

Im surprised Frost has had the extra time to cheap considering how he loves the night life so much.

This may be best case though considering one of the penalties may be a suspension for Frost.
The likelihood of Frost getting suspended for this is less than you becoming our next president

Does it matter? Sounds like a kid who tells mommy it was OK to do something wrong because all the other kids were doing it.

Frost broke at least two NCAA rules that we know of. No matter how you slice it, he is a cheater and a liar. He knew it was wrong but got the blessing of the AD allegedly.

Do things the upright and ethical way. Just think how much cred he has when he is talking to his team about doing the right thing.

No matter how severe some of you think this is, it is a stain on the program and it's leader.

I'm going to agree with you IF the allegations are true. Something smells and doesn't seem right. Just like a gov that resigned that I can't stand, I felt he was getting snowballed. Might be true but not completely true.

I'm thinking the alternative workouts for the team should be ok. The analyst's no.

Could be true but if true who blew the whistle?? That would rule out Rutledge. Moos himself? That would explain the buyout for retirement. That said I feel sorry for Alberts but glad he's the ad to right the ship through these waters

Certainly he gets the benefit of the doubt. Even with the NCAA you are innocent until proven guilty. Don't you wonder why S&C was done off site? Why Frost said he cleared it through admin? Sounds like they have ample video evidence. Cut any way you want, it doesn't look good.

So who had the video evidence that was turned this in?

No question it was braking the rules during a time during Covid.. But who has the vendetta to turn the program in that is no longer associated with the program?

This is what is wrong with the world. Who cares who turned him in? Shouldn't we be asking why were they having secret workouts at some high school gym, or in someone's garage gym? Couldn't Duval have just sent them a workout via email and let them go find their own black market gym to workout in? I do believe, that this is the less serious of the two allegations.

If Frost was using an analyst as an on the field coach then he is openly and blatantly breaking a rule. For everyone concerned about what the SEC gets away with....... The SEC gets "investigated" for violations that the coaches have some sort of plausible deniability. Coaches don't had out the McDonalds bags, boosters do. You know what the SEC teams don't get in trouble for? Analyst coaching on video. you know why? They let the analyst coach when the video isn't rolling.

Skippy, the guitar playing weirdo that he is, might be right about this one. The whole thing is stupid, but man, someone in the department wants Frost gone. Seems pretty apparent to me. He needs to cheat at an SEC level and win some games this year. Might not matter, though. This is the BIG TEN. You can't cheat in this league. Warren says so.

“Someone” wants him gone? How about most rational folks. He is a bigger prick than a Pelini and a more incompetent coach than Riley who calls plays on offense worse than Solich. We aren’t talking about canning Nick Saban or Dabo Swinney, we are talking about a coach who wouldn’t be here in year 4 if not for that short stint in Lincoln as a player 20+ years go.

no we will be talking about our head coach getting serving a 1 game suspension for violation of rules exceeding the number of on field coaches allowed.

What makes you say they had to have a vendetta? Maybe it was someone who told him this was wrong and not to do it but he did it anyway. There are a lot of people around the program that could have done this. There are training and medical people, GA's, ball people, you name it. If you want to really think conspiracy, maybe someone tried to use them to get something.

I say it doesn't matter who, what, and when. Looking at all that just serves to try and deflect the problem. IF, again I say, IF Frost did this and it was wrong, it is all on him. He gets paid $5 million a year to follow the rules. Don't make excuses for him or your kids.

I was being a smartass. They could have fired him at the end of last year for all I care.
