This is the most least surprising thing that could have happened - if true. If not true and he ends up here - that is the opposite.
what the F - - K. I don't even have the heart to make fun of Pope anymore. This is ******* depressing.
The Rob Wright fiasco was really the harbinger for things to come. SMDH.

And we lose Rancik to a nobody like Fla State. Unreal.
So I see some of you have settled back into reality after the weekend of getting two players.
If true, not shocked. My friends connected to the team said he was playing UK to up his offer, and that we should have signed the other guy.
Uh, not me. But maybe it still is, don’t know for sure.
Seems it's what Pope wants.
Well, the next guy visiting is ranked 200th in the portal. Smh. I hope this info about freeman is wrong
Get Stokes and the Murinen guy I know I spelled that wrong and a few shooters and let’s rock
Love it...Pope continues to prove he is way in over his head at UK. Get the F out and get a real coach here.
His hero Ricky P just shoved it up his ***!

I want your optimism.
No, personally I'd just like a competent coach and staff. And to have a really good freaking team again. That'd be fun.
That seems like a fairly tall task given what has transpired the last week or so.
This hasn't been confirmed , Trilly has blow it before
huh? I really don't understand this mentality.
No worries— Gabe Dynes and Justin McBride are still available.
Least surprising news of the day
Bye Pope nice knowing you big dawg good luck at Sienna
The funny thing is the ones he blows are the calls for UK. Has he ever been wrong about a player we're trying to get commit to another school?
UK basketball has been bent over so many times now the past 5+ years that they have fallen on their backs. Impossible to tell who is being sarcastic anymore on this board and rightfully so. lol
Sienna can do better.
Yeah Pope never claimed to be a Hollister model
Pope is still the coach. No game prep, get down double digits, etc.
Ouch. Not good once again. Similar to last season where even the portal recruits we have in reality were not the first targeted choices. Well have to hope on Stokes now.
Freeman left us high and dry and Stokes did the same. If not Pope would have had an awesome year. I can already hear the excuses. It’s like Linus and the Great Pumpkin. Just wait until next year, you’ll see.
