Is NIL different than the revenue sharing UK directly pays players? If yes, do you believe that would also be illegal to have clauses? Thanks
Doesn’t matter what I believe. NIL is not pay for play. You simply cannot tie it to games played or how well they play in those games.

Doesn’t matter where the money comes from, it just can’t be performance based.

Theres no such thing as 2 year deals either.

If there is an AD, coach or administrator out there for any school tying NIL to performance their days are numbered in their job.

There are in fact 2 and 3 year deals. Especially on the Football side.
