I really don't understand why we're revisiting this issue. Fitz was wrongfully terminated and, as a result, was paid in excess of 100 million dollars. Those are the facts.

Fitz was rightfully terminated. Due to his contract, NU settled with him for 70-80 cents on the dollar to avoid an ugly court battle.
