Bullsh##. I watched good chunks of that game and Burrow's O line at least slowed them down enough for him to have time to find an open receiver. Farniok didn't even lay a hand on that D end MULTIPLE times. He had a free run OR he pushed Farniok back in to Martinez. THAT is what happened on the INT where the guy caught the ball laying on his back. Martinez got hit by Farniok as he was trying to throw the ball. I don't know what your agenda is but you're off base laying it all on Martinez. Yeah he had a tough game but ANY QB would have given the pressure he faced and the inconsistent snaps he got.

And his arm wasn't hit until the ball was released on that pic. All his turnovers are on him .

Dude Burrow was sacked 4 times and pressured and made throws on the run all night. They were blitzing him relentlessly. So let's not act like it's a new thing in today's college football for a QB to perform under pressure. It wasn't any worse than what I saw TMart or Armstrong face.

Martinez was sacked 6 times on half the number of plays that Burrows ran. If not for Martinez's athleticism, it would have been more. OSU LARGELY WAS ABLE TO GET IMMEDIATE PRESSURE WITHOUT BLITZING. When you blitz, you leave somebody open. Nobody was open EVER that I saw when that 6-7, 270lb DE who runs a 4.4 was in his face. OSU's DE is considered the best DE in the country. Last time I checked Texas doesn't have THAT guy. BTW, Burrow is a 5th year senior with a running game. Martinez is a true soph. Find something else to ***** about.

The first and second picks were throws Burrow actually made that night. I'll ***** about Frost setting this rebuild back 2-4 years by not going and getting him on his way here if I want.

I hope not. The last thing this team needs is a continuation of the revolving door of assistant coaches we've had the last few years. How many DC's, DLine, and DB coaches have our senior D players had? Frost needs to show faith in them, and they need to have faith in each other. Sounds saccharine but learning a new system or a new set of techniques every other year does not lead to progress.

Hahahaha. We sacked Fields in the 2nd half when the game was out of reach and he was hanging on to the ball running circles around our pass rush. Yeah we caught up to him finally a couple of times but we got NO pressure on him for most of the game. Virtually none. They averaged roughly 10 yards per rush and could do whatever they wanted. We did not. Fields was never under any intense pressure like Martinez. He got sacked when he held on to the ball for a ridiculous amount of time.
