Most people don’t carry guns with removed serial numbers. That’s like saying “Don’t be bashing the counterfeiter if you carry cash”. There’s a huge gap of difference between responsible gun ownership and scratched off serial numbers. That’s just a dishonest argument.
It remains to be seen IF the altered numbered guns were his. But IF they are that’s a serious crime.
