Duke vs IU

Whistles finally wore IU down. Really liked how IU competed but their fans are ********.
They are good. They are very good. But they have had help in 4 straight games.
Stupid offense by IU. Yeah let’s run the O thru a guy that bricks free throws.
Sadly there isnt a force in the universe that can take that favoritism away
This might be a completely different game if IU could actually hit free throws. Much like UK, their ineptitude at the charity stripe will eventually cost them a game here and there.
Game in hand so here come the “even out” whistles.
It's like WWE wrestling. The guy that started the BBALL thread on losing interest. Don't blame him. I question myself why I am even watching it anymore. Duke and UNC get favortism and it's not even hidden.
I think with the talent they have and officiating advantage Duke gets every game, 40-0 is going to happen this year. College basketball isn't a legitimate competitive sport at this point.

The 2nd part isn't needed. It doesn't matter what plays Duke "made", when the refs helped them out.
Amazing how Coach K changed Duke from the school known for unathletic fundamentally sound smart kids to a farm team for freaks of nature who are future pros. Had nothing to do with the FBI recruiting scandal too. Genuinely astonishing. He must be the GOAT.
You guys are masochists to watch their games. I'm telling you, barring a major injury, they aren't losing.
For goodness sake they just had to rally to beat this crappy Indiana team that is now 4-3.
You people who think Duke can go undefeated might actually be insane. They play no defense.

Just gotta hope for bad luck, K health problems, Allen issues, and injuries.
But I said this.. I said this multiple times the last few months and a few of the more crotchety posters had a **** fit over it.. But you had about 4 or 5 unusual things working against Duke last year, and that's what really cost them. It cost them a #1 seed, it cost them their coach for a few weeks, it relegated their best player to being a borderline 4-star, shell of his former self.
That team was probably going to get walked to a title otherwise. Thank God for those injuries and an angry USCjr team..
But this years team, so far, has none of that. Not good.

All they need is protection on the level they are getting until their freshmen learn some defense...........
And they are also a young team that will probably be playing even better defense by the end of the season. Just like our team. Duke will improve and will be walloping teams by Feb. Especially with how physical they get to play without a tight whistle on their best players.

yea their man to man defense is pretty God awful.
Duke is a great team and will contend for the national title...but after 2015, some posters on here will have little man syndrome when it comes to them until the end of time. Duke could have a team like Piarist and we could have Oak Hill, yet some would say "Duke is going 40-0"...now, is that the case this year? Hell no, they are legit. But come March, we will be too. Our team is young and will take some lumps but we have the pieces. I am just gonna do what Coach Cal says and enjoy the ride.

Doubtful. If our 2014-15 team couldn't do it, this dewk team can't. Of course, I am sorta just hoping they can't. If they do, K needs to retire.
