Lamar Goods from Univ of Florida is supposedly gonna visit, but I don’t know when.I thought I read that we were hosting a DT this weekend? If not do we have any visits set?
a couple nil DT's to go, please
throw in a couple OT's that can move their feet and we become dangerousMore specifically…a couple more high quality DT’s.
IMO the number of open scholarship spots is becoming less relevant these days to decision making. First, there's portal churning going on all the time so the number of open scholarships really changes all the time. And if you get in a tight spot, you just encourage somebody sitting on the bench to transfer out. Second, if worse comes to worse, why in a NIL world would a a star player even need a scholarship. They can get all the money they want without it.we have one scholarship spot open..i assume it is for that devon kid
I'm down with making them pay for their college expenses like everyone else.. an 'athletic' scholarship is kind of a red herring anyway.IMO the number of open scholarship spots is becoming less relevant these days to decision making. Arent scholarship players able to do more ( or do things earlier) in terms of practice and other things with the whole team? That may be one advantage. Plus, why use NIL money on tuition and books when you can use it on cars and TVs.IMO the number of open scholarship spots is becoming less relevant these days to decision making. Yes there are some minor advantages but I don't believe they're huge differences. The NIL money can factor in an additional amount for tuition - money is fungible.Arent scholarship players able to do more ( or do things earlier) in terms of practice and other things with the whole team? Supposed to be in another week or so.Lamar Goods from Univ of Florida is supposedly gonna visit, but I don’t know when.
Goods may not visit - sounds like the staff have other priorities and he might not have a spot if the other dominos fall as they hope.
I don’t know if he’s the answer, but hard to imagine DT position still not being a priority.Goods may not visit - sounds like the staff have other priorities and he might not have a spot if the other dominos fall as they hope.
I’d rather make it 2 spots unless coaches feel really good about their young, unproven guys.Would think the open spot is for Drew..
DL is definitely a priority, but sounds like they have someone else they like better who would take the spot over Goods.I don’t know if he’s the answer, but hard to imagine DT position still not being a priority.
