Johnson's gone too? That would mean they are losing Mitchell, Mathiang, Hicks, Stockman, and Johnson. We are smoking them next season.
Is this true? Are they really losing Johnson for sure? That would be big if they lost him as well. I mean Adel is a future pro but I can't imagine he can lead them to better then a top 20ish season .

Smart move by Mitchell.

I'm also not going to throw stones about them having a down year as that can happen to us.

You're getting ahead of yourself. ON paper they do not look great but Snider, King, Spalding, Adel and Anus is a solid start.
I see Spalding having a big yr,

They have two more top 75 FR coming in aside from Williams that you did not include. May not contribute but who knows.

One thing is for sure: Theyll reel off 10 or 12 wins against absolutely nobody leading up to our game like they always do. Rick is a disgrace.

Rick wont get to coach any of those games

Ya know ulismyman, I hadn't even thought of that and that's a great point. If he's suspended 8-10 games like most expect, that's not a roster that some assistant can just roll the ball out. Could be the difference in making and missing the tourney.

Sounds like Snider, King, Spalding, Adell?, and Anus as their Starting Lineup. With 4* FR Malik Williams coming off the bench along with a couple other FR ranked in the #90s also contributing. Rankings according to Rivals.

No matter how much you like their returning players, a Pitino coached team that only returns 5 players will be hard to imagine working. Spalding, Anus, and King are going to have to REALLY step up their games and get in condition to play 30+ mpg along with Snider and Adell. They also better pray these Deng Adell rumors are false and nobody gets injured. Their conditioning coach has his hardest job ever with this team returning 5 players for a coach that has always used SEVERAL players every year. I think UL had 10 players avg over 9 mpg last year.

All in my completely worthless opinion as always.

VJ King is a perfect example of why 5* players should look elsewhere. Using the "Montrez Harrel Lifetime Earning Clock," VJ's is counting DOWN by the minute playing for Pitino.

His Freshman year was effectively wasted. Now he must come back in his second year to compete on the national scene with all of the Soph class and above that returns....plus a new group of oneNdone who are heading out at the end of next season into the draft.

It would be interest to know the earning potential in the NBA now for players that do not turn after their Frosh year vs those who wait until 2+ years to declare.

One of their posters said a few months ago that he thinks they could be a force in lacrosse now that they are in the acc. seriously.
They gonna be champs of everything.

Gary Parrish still has them preseason #5, even after the losses of Mitchell and Johnson. LOL. I know it's gonna be a really down year in college basketball, but They're not a Top 5 team. More like in the 15-20 range. I Mean Anus Mahmoud and Ray Spalding is their starting frontcourt, for gods sake.

They'll be top 5 for a month or so because (p)Rick plays the worst pre-conference schedule in the country and enters our game undefeated. They'll be out of the top 10 the Monday after they leave Rupp.

Possible grad transfer is a 6-5 guard from Wright State. I can't recall his name and know nothing about him.

Some radio guy in Louisville named Jason Anderson interviewed Jaylen Johnson at the Derby, and he said he might come back. Looks like Pitino guilt tripped him into returning. He knows how much that frontcourt is gonna suck, so he's feeding him all kinds of BS just to benefit Pitino and UL next season.

The UL soap opera is looking like they may not even field a team this year with all their defections. Seriously, this could be the shortest bench Pitino will have ever put together, and right now Minardi Hall is on defection watch to make sure no one else leaves the palace.

Looking forward to the penalty phase for the Pitino mob family.

when i say this the zipps of the world get pissed, but then they sau King is not a louisville man. the dumbest retort ever.

Cal recruits 1000 5 star players and we have strippers and cant get 2 5 star players.

Louisville will be good when pitino is not on the sideline. He is a has been.
