So who is this immediate plug and play QB you're talking about? Martinez is coming off an injury and Frost declined to offer Wilson.

He's kicked the tires on Wilson who had been recruited originally to Oregon but didn't offer him. He may have looked at other JUCO's but I don't know of any offers he's made to QBs. One would think he would take Burrows from OSU as a grad transfer if wanted to come.
