Does the QB strategy make sense?

2 ACL tears is a LOT to overcome mentally. Considering that Sims seemed to have issues throwing it to the right guy I think it would be premature to judge Fidone.

From what I've seen there is zero NFL caliber talent at the QB position for Nebraska... so far. Arm, brain, leg, or otherwise.

I get that Sims might be the best we have right now, but does that mean no one else gets a sniff?

Are they not getting a sniff because there is such a huge drop off after Sims? That's a scary thought for the future.

Right now with him we are pretty one dimensional.
