Run the team like Teague did imo. Teague was probably a better athlete and maybe a little quicker but he didn't have to use it a lot. Just manage the team and run the offense. He’s solid. Handles are good, nice jumper, passes well and seems to be a good decision maker. We don’t need him to be a scoring machine. We just need him to be solid: make the open jumper, drop dimes, run the offense and not turn the ball over.
I think he has tons of talent. I’m just worried that it may take him a bit to adjust to the college game.
2 valid points but they're gonna get you.Two Debbie downer thoughts:
First -- I'm 54 years old and I could go out right now and make a video that makes me look pretty damn good (sans my beer belly).
Second -- Askew has a push shot. And what's worse, it's a low release point. Me no likey.

The spin away no look after making the pass is classic this generation.
Looks like a Villanova-type guy who is a really solid high-impact PG who doesn't look flashy but is a big-time contributor to a top 10 team. Don't see why he can't be that type of player for UK. Especially if Clarke and Boston are as explosive as advertised. Having a better version of Quade Green who is a perimeter threat from the PG position sounds pretty good to me.
Steph Curry and Trae Young both have low release points that are closer to a push shot than over the head jump shot. It was a “knock” on Curry out of college and he’s done a lot for a shift in how shot mechanics are viewed. Maxey had a low release push shot as well and had very few shots blocked being a much larger focal point of the offense than Askew will he asked to be.Two Debbie downer thoughts:

Agreed, he looks like a multi year guy who by the time he’s a junior could be a real stud and leader on a college court. Will we get there with him? I hope so.
he’s gonna be a good one
