I was walking at the beach in San Diego, California, when I came upon an Indian family with three boys all wearing UK shirts.

I said "Go Big Blue!" and they looked at me like I was an alien. I tried to tell them I was a UK grad and also Kentucky fan like them.

They couldn't speak a word of English and didn't seem to know what Kentucky was.

Man, the BBN really is everywhere!

(Unlike some of the stories above, this actually happened.)

When I toured Congo, a lot of the impoverished folks had on old threadbare "40-0" shirts from 2015
I'm sure the guy in my pic got his shirt from a thrift store and knows nothing about the name on the shirt. Why are you hiding? Better yet, why are you not banned? Going to have to put your anonymous *** on ignore.

Came across a few UK fans in Aruba this week. Also seen some UK gear for sale at some souvenir shops.

I'm in Destin with my wife, daughter and her husband with my grandson, and my son and his girlfriend. Today at the beach I had my floppy UK beach hat on and saw 4 people wearin UK gear. We all said "Go Cats" as we passed each other.
Awesome! Hope you’re having a great trip with your family! Me and my family are heading down that way to Panama City next week!

Lol could be one of the locals that snatched it when they went down there on basketball trip in 2018

I’m in Destin this week too. Seeing tons of UK gear out and about. Sandpiper cove has always been a UK hotspot.

Oh no not ignore!!! Not sure I can go on if Hitman206 ignores me. What a rube! Did that poor guy know you were snapping a photo of him to blast on the internet? Very disrespectful. You should've been arrested. Weirdo.

Another way to measure brand. If you look at tv ratings for basketball and football combined each year, UK always is in the top 10 in viewership for ratings.
I know some schools are in football or basketball but UK is both.

Headed down there in a month and certainly expect to see lots of blue. Golf recommendations anyone? Never been to Destin so I gotta play 18 at a nice course.

Come on guys. Our nut job account creating friend is sad because your sharing your stories. Please show some kindness before he goes full fledged racist again calling anyone that doesn’t think like him rednecks. Just remember how weak and pathetic he is to have to create multiple accounts per day to come on here and virtue signal and act as if he’s staked a claim to a moral high ground.

or just ignore him.

I was coming home from China years ago and had a layover in Tokyo, walked down to grab some food and there were three people walking toward my in UK gear. I said “Go Big Blue!” And they were stunned. They were all from Lexington on vacation.
But right now my wife and I are on our boat cruising toward Canada on America’s Great Loop (we started in Nashville). Pulled into the marina in Annapolis and one of the first people I see is a guy in a UK cap. Then I see two more unrelated down the street! What up wit dat? Maybe there for Navy/Annapolis graduations?

I was in Lexington on campus and saw a group of guys wearing UK stuff. I yelled "Go Cats!" and they looked at me like I was crazy.
I don't get it.
