Iowa State will be a very tough dual for us. We can win but we need to bring our A game.
Aside from Caliendo, the other 9 guys combined for 3 takedowns.
I know it will never happen, but when Iowa starts that just using forward pressure with no actual attempt to score, it should be stalling on them.
They remove any setting up to score and force stupid mistakes or stall calls. It is literally a stall tactic in its own way.

I could be wrong, but I think wrestling Robideau would make Jordan Williams quit the sport of wrestling (again).

Paniro is just about toast.
Block beat the bigger Frost 2X in high school, and I think Dresser figured Paniro was too quick for Block.
Frost will get the nod going forward.

Most of these matches are very close imo. To me the only clear favorites are for us at 165 and possibly 157, and for them at 149 (without Tagen), 197, and possibly 285.

Wow ... Chase seems to be losing faith ... doesn't think any of our guys know how to pin.
Not going to throw too much shade (I say this not having seen all the matches), but Iowa State wasn’t shooting a ton either but was good defensively.
We’re a young team so stylishly we will have issues with both teams, eventually the chain wrestling approach from our staff will breakthrough and we’ll distance ourselves.
