I hate Richard Dickhead Cross! Y’all can say that he’s impartial when calling games. Y’all can say that he does quality play-by-play. You can say what ever you want to make him appear to a nice guy! The truth remains that he ***** red and blue.

I will never forgive him on his radio show with Matt Wyatt back in the day when he heckled on air Mullums. It was right after we hired Mulluns. Cross was doing his radio show and had telephone interview going with Mulluns. When Mulluns was hired Mulluns kept running his mouth about winning championships at MSU. Cross asked Mulluns about championships, the first time Mulluns ignored Cross, the second time Cross asked about Championships Matt Wyatt ask a different question and third time Cross asked about championships and started laughing.

I swear if I had been there in person Richard Cross would be requiring dental implants cause I would have punched him in the mouth right there on the spot!

He loves his Landsharks. He is better than serviceable as a play by play guy compared to most of these espn college guys (which is why you guys aren't really Maroon if you aren't listening to Jim on the radio during the game.)

But in his heart of hearts Cross absolutely hates State. Hates.

The thing that prompted my post was in the 2nd inning he goes “that’s back to back hits for OM hard to do against Small” or something to that nature. But it wasn’t the last hit was the out that got thrown out at second in the 1st inning to end it then they got a hit I believe to start the second. Tennessee was easily the worst. I remember not enjoying Auburn and Alabama's announcers last year. I can't recall if it was because of bias or incompetence.
