I actually think Dick Cross does a great job with play by play (also really good with basketball).

he is much better when not calling his alma mater. it is hard calling a game when you are fan and to remain unbiased. I think our sec network plus guys and tamu's are the best.

It has been the same for every road SEC game. He is actually tame to what I remember from other games this season like Tenn.

They actually had some nice things to say about us and our run late last year.

I hate Dick as much as the next guy but the guy is good at play by play. Imagine being impartial in the booth playing those asshats. He’s a rebel turd but a good play by play guy. IMHO

I hate Richard Dickhead Cross! Y’all can say that he’s impartial when calling games. Y’all can say that he does quality play-by-play. You can say what ever you want to make him appear to a nice guy! The truth remains that he ***** red and blue.

I will never forgive him on his radio show with Matt Wyatt back in the day when he heckled on air Mullums. It was right after we hired Mulluns. Cross was doing his radio show and had telephone interview going with Mulluns. When Mulluns was hired Mulluns kept running his mouth about winning championships at MSU. Cross asked Mulluns about championships, the first time Mulluns ignored Cross, the second time Cross asked about Championships Matt Wyatt ask a different question and third time Cross asked about championships and started laughing.

I swear if I had been there in person Richard Cross would be requiring dental implants cause I would have punched him in the mouth right there on the spot!

The TN broadcast was an outlier. Nothing redeeming about that dumpster fire.

i thought the A&M guys were really good

He loves his Landsharks. He is better than serviceable as a play by play guy compared to most of these espn college guys (which is why you guys aren't really Maroon if you aren't listening to Jim on the radio during the game.)

But in his heart of hearts Cross absolutely hates State. Hates.

Don't ever forget it.

The audio broadcast on TuneIn is usually a few seconds ahead of the video. TuneIn has a pause button, so you can sync it to the video with a pitch or bat contact.

The thing that prompted my post was in the 2nd inning he goes “that’s back to back hits for OM hard to do against Small” or something to that nature. But it wasn’t the last hit was the out that got thrown out at second in the 1st inning to end it then they got a hit I believe to start the second. Like it technically was 2 hits but it wasn’t in a row. Trying really hard to church it up

I heard that and was curious about it. How do they score that play? Does the batter get credit for a single and a base running error or is it just an out?

Also, Cross is fine. It’s not a secret that he’s an ole miss fan but he does his best to keep it reigned in when he’s doing tv.

Are you intentionally misspelling his name because you now hate MULLEN too? Or are just just a complete dumbass? Either way, the lack the self awareness and intelligence it takes to make a post whining like a little ***** because someone disrespected Mullen, while you disrespect him even more by not having his name spelled right.

Also, I am sorry your life lacks real meaning, thus you are forced to take college sports way to seriously.

Tennessee was easily the worst. I remember not enjoying Auburn and Alabama's announcers last year. I can't recall if it was because of bias or incompetence.
