Why make a bomb, put it an an RV, drive it downtown, and warn everybody there’s a bomb and to evacuate? They went through multiple steps insuring nobody would get killed.

Anyone know if Nashville was having their normal NYE celebrations? I just wonder if it’s somehow related to that - a test run or something to try and shut all that down. Totally strange but scary considering how large the explosion appears to have been and how close it was to a normally very crowded area.

There are some things that don't make sense. The police reported to media they were alerted to shots fired in the area and while responding to that unrelated incident, they just happened to notice a suspicious RV and so they decided to dispatch the bomb squad? I'm not sure I'm buying that. I just don't believe that an RV parked on the curb would alert the authorities to actually dispatch a bomb squad unless that recording was already playing. Or It absolutely makes more sense that they were "tipped off" as someone else on here reported. The question is, why?
