Just a quick follow up to this thread as the latest inflation data totally obliterates the OP's initial "talking points"

core inflation rate for the 12 months ending in June was 2.6%, down from 2.9% previously

U.S. inflation cooled sharply in June as falling gasoline and energy costs pulled consumer prices lower and slowed the annual rate to 3.5%.

just another reason why TDS infected Leftists are always wrong when they jump on the latest "gotcha" talking points from their programmers in legacy media. When the numbers were slightly up because of the Iran conflict, they all chimed in claiming Trump's overall economy was a failure.

Now that the inflation numbers have eased a bit just as the conflict takes on a new dynamic, they're nowhere to be found. Best to just ignore them, and make sure when you go vote that they never again regain power because we won't survive their economic derangement either!
