Has Connor been bad mouthing Iowa? Just wondering, as Torbee mentioned it in his article?

When did he do that? Even after his dad was canned you’d think he’d have more self awareness as an alum and not to mention his girlfriend is a god around Iowa city. Though he’s always been a hot headed douche.

He did not. He deleted it but it was far too late. Screenshot by tons of Iowa St. fans.

While it is seemingly true that the whole family had extremely thin skin and lacked awareness that the same tweets were being done by the boys toward other athletes, I'm sure he's upset that his dad was fired.

Sounds like him to make rash decision like that. You’re right whole family had some thin skin last couple years. He’s not first coaches kid where dad got fired but most others smart enough not to crap all over their Alma mater especially for him one that bent over backwards trying to help him play both baseball and bball and 6 years.

And, like already mentioned, holds your girlfriend to God status.

The kid whose daddy started him ahead of a future lottery pick?

Yeah, entitled brat indeed.
Connor has ridden his daddy's coat tails forever. Got preferential treatment while playing, got his gig with the Pacers because daddy knew the GM and then gets his Asst. coaching gig with Motta because of daddy's friendship.

Now he's riding Caitlin's coat tails.

Not taking sides, but continuously trashing people then calling them "thinned skinned" is kind of stupid

It's unfortunate because Connor could probably develop into a decent coach someday but his attitude and impulsiveness will always hold him back. Not smart to burn bridges before you are even 30, especially when Daddy has gotten you everything you have achieved. Connor like Fran, are to smart and arrogant for their own good most of the time...

And he's mad at Iowa for firing his daddy because he failed. Entitlement is a terrible thing.

For how much Connor talks from the day he stepped foot on campus till he left and his family with the position they were in criticism comes with it. I’m sorry that’s way it is for college athletes and coaches. he doesn’t get it both ways. Many perks that come with it but there are a few negatives and connor and rest of them like his mom bitching about boys and fanbase criticism at times was an awful look and it’s not like this never happens to other coaches and families. They are just more wiser how they speak or not dumb enough to air their grievances publicly which for connor you’re not getting sympathy from anyone. You’d think growing up with dad as coach he’d learn this and being a D1 asst now but I guess like his old man he never learned self control, part of reason his old man was let go. His schtick got worn out.

He comes across very petty ripping on a school that his family made millions off of and got 6 years of a free education.

If his daddy wasn't the coach he would have been at Illinois State, Evansville or Valpo. Hey Connor, gratitude is a virtue but sadly you have no idea about the really important things.

He would’ve been at a D3 school and getting schooled, if he gets on the floor at all. Not a lot of room for guards who can’t shoot, can’t guard and have no quickness unless daddy is coach

I think he was a good enough recruit out of high school to be at a Missouri Valley type school. He wouldn’t have played there and then had to transfer to a really low Division one league or D2/D3. I wonder what the experience with Heller was like for baseball. I know he put up bad numbers when he played on the baseball team.

Literally every receiver post-Smith Marsette wasted their time at Iowa.

If you are good enough to deserve consistent targets and receptions, you do not come to Iowa.

Now, Tim Lester may change this WR death trap in time but…We’re still a beyond-pathetic passing team through 2 years under his operation.

Yup, that's where I saw it. She's also retired from basketball. Did you guys know that both she and Sophie were suspended for the season by the WNBA? :D 90% of anything on FB about CC is garbage.
Most things people write online are crap, except this post.

Connor was a top 100 recruit. He was a solid contributor and brought toughness to every game. His outside antics shouldn’t blind you to that.

He would’ve played for Ben’s squad this year. He has also burned some bridges and his influence on CC might be very bad for the university. We need her to stay connected to us. When was the last time she was in Carver?
