Has little respect for BIG. Only two teams in the top 25 with RU just outside at 26 (74 votes).
GO RU
GO RU
I believe there’s only one B1G coach who votes in the coach’s poll, and that’s Matt Painter. That's because most Big Ten Coaches won't ever vote for us.
Illinois is #23. Really?
Only one coach from B1G votes? How many coaches overall vote? That seems strangeI believe there’s only one B1G coach who votes in the coach’s poll, and that’s Matt Painter.
I have to assume he’s got RU in the top 25.
According to link below, 32 coaches vote: one from each conference who gets an auto bid into the tournament.Only one coach from B1G votes? How many coaches overall vote? That seems strange

Let’s be honest is Syracuse really considered a Power 5 school anymoreThere are 5 in that list. Who did you forget?
You Sir are correct!I believe there’s only one B1G coach who votes in the coach’s poll, and that’s Matt Painter.

Many of the coaches voting probably haven't watched Rutgers games or even knew they defeated Purdue when they were ranked number 1.Perception always is a problem for programs like Rutgers getting traction with voters.Only four power 5 coaches out of 32 votes, I had no idea, but feel justified in not giving a rats *** about this poll.
They almost certainly knew this. I mean, even if you are paying no attention whatsoever you are going to notice that the previously undefeated team that was ranked #1 in your poll now has a loss. And then you would probably look up who they lost to.Many of the coaches voting probably haven't watched Rutgers games or even knew they defeated Purdue when they were ranked number 1.Perception always is a problem for programs like Rutgers getting traction with voters.
Most of the coaches probably haven’t seem the teams play so they vote base on prior reputation which Rutgers doesn't have.Only four power 5 coaches out of 32 votes, I had no idea, but feel justified in not giving a rats *** about this poll.
One coach per conference, seems fine, I'm not really seeing the issue?
