Willie Green Jr. threw more passes in a season under Barnes than SP has in the past 5 seasons.
That's stupid. Why couldn't we win 4a or 5a? Crest played 5 playoffs games last year and won handily in all of them.
We have both dropped down. Remember when Crest had about 1800 students and played 4A. My oldest son when he graduated from Crest there was close to 400 in his class. I live in Boiling Springs and every kid in the neighborhood but 1 goes to Thomas Jefferson.
South Point threw the ball about 20 times against us in 2016. Had the Tight End that ended up at South Carolina. Killed us.

Seen online that was the KMMS halftime score also. Question for anyone, is the younger Jenkins QB playing at KMMS or is he still doing the national travel circuit and coming to the middle school next year?
The younger Jenkins is going to finish up at the private school he attends and will enroll at KM Middle next year.
The middle school trend has been interesting the last couple of years. It seems that Burns and KM Middle have both been on a decent run in the county. Does anyone have the overall records and head to head county middle school records for the past 5 yrs?
On that, if anyone has a decent source for middle school scores it would be appreciated. Have tough time finding those with basic search.
We all know that Burns Middle is the development team for Shelby and Crest....

Junior, Shelby played Gaffney way before Crest did, and memory has it that Crest canceled on Gaffney cause you knew the tail beating you were going to receive.LOL... I hear you. Playing up.. LOL.... Talk to Gaffney Sir. Shelby would NEVER schedule them again and definitely not on tv. Beat them so bad they cancelled on us.
Series lead is gone boss. We see your jv and middle school. Nothing in the pipeline.
Our game doesn't mean as much to you because Shelby can't beat us. It'll mean more to you later on hopefully. You're 2nd fiddle. If KM could get over their stupidness you'd be third fiddle.

It doesn't matter what the population of the town is, but the population at the school. Belmont had as many students as Shelby back in the day and had two middle schools feeding them and Shelby only had one. SP has had way more students than Shelby for the last 30 years.
Shelby wouldn't schedule Gaffney now if Gaffney was handing out free food stamps BOY! Y'all can prove it. Schedule Gaffney on TV and beat them.

In 2 or 3 years Burns middle has lost 2 county games and they were both to KM last year I think. IFFFFFF they stay together, the 8th - 11th grade group can have some success. This year is far from over but they will not be an easy win if they live up to the potential.
I haven’t seen Burns yet but Crest Middle definitely looks the part. Burns definitely has a kid that everyone is talking about at running back and KM Middle is loaded at the skill positions with the exception of qb at the moment. We do not have the linemen we had last year however. I haven’t seen or heard much about Shelby with the exception of a good running back I keep hearing about. It would be nice if someone kept us updated with the County Middle Schools on here.
Has Shelby ever beat Gaffney? In the 21st century... I'll give you even 15 years before that?

If you go by population Shelby is way bigger than Kings Mountain, but KMHS is probably twice the student enrollment as Shelby. Go figure, it doesn't make sense. Just like when all these houses get built in the City limits of Shelby, the biased school board will probably send most of them to Crest or Kings Mt.
