Morgan had already been a Golden Lion and found out it isn't always greener on the other side and just came back home. As for the kid from Crest he did end up having a great year especially in the playoffs and it was great to see his family turn Black and Gold.Didn’t you just get Tyler Morgan a few days ago

i heard he looked awesome at practice this morning. I don't know the kid and I know you to be a straight up good dude and my friend so I know you tell it like it is. But I did hear that he looked fantastic in practice this morning so maybe he can get it together and salvage something for himself..
You're also correct. Playing time on the Crest defense will have to be earned because that defense is straight up filthy as is...
I remember getting to the game around 6 and the Chase side and banks were already full. They were really good and about beat us in the regular season. Coach Norman did a great job in this game

Physically he has the tools. He passes the eye test too. He has a coach that will also hold him accountable off the field so maybe that will be the case because we both know Barnes does not play either. I don't wish bad on any kid and hopefully he will do well and get himself into college. The people going around thinking he was the typical transfer are mistaken. Most of us knew before the season started last year, he wouldn't be on the team in the future. That is why we didn't lose anything. People have choices and he made his last year. Fortunately, another player came back home and made amends.
Hey.. I know some people had talked about trying to talk to him, but did the 6'8 kid from the basketball team come out? I seen he had some aggressiveness and quick feet during the basketball playoffs....on size and potential alone the guy would have d1 offers at offensive or defensive tackle if he could get basics fundamentals down.
Mix that in with some pecker gnats and you've got a real problem...... just sayin'....
Yes he came out in the Spring but I do not think he has come to summer workouts yet. The coaches were actually working him at DT. He is telling everyone that he is going to play this upcoming season so we will see what happens. You never know with basketball players. 6’8 260 plus with his footwork will definitely get the D1 coaches attention.

I'll say it. When Russ stepped down there were comments made that the Freshman had interest in coming to Cleveland County. Shelby was mentioned but a lot had to do with how ER responded to Russ leaving and how fast / who they hired. It was talked about by quite a few. We also heard an OL from ER was coming to Lawndale.
They knew exactly who I was talking about.

6’2 190. 14yrs old. His dad is a big guy so I am sure that Jordan will grow a few more inches.
Great size for any high school qb much less a 9th grader.
I believe he is a true 9th grader so he should have two good years at KM before coming to Crest.
