Amazing what happens when your OL occasionally blocks people and your QB throws accurately to WRs who actually know how to run routes and get open.Kind of sickening that CUSE can put up this many points against Clemson and we can't put up 15 against EMU.
They scored less against middle Tennessee state
Maybe so, but according to the star gazers we have much more talent.I hate say it but their starting WRs, QB and RB are better that Rutgers'.
Clemson beat Auburn who is the 2nd best team in the SEC bye a wide margin. Beat Louisville, FSU. Everyone thought OSU would beat Clemson last year. I think the score was 38-0 Clemson. My thoughts, generally, Clemson is good but they're most certainly NOT the #2 team in the nation. They would get destroyed by Ohio State. And Washington. And Washington state. And a few others in the top 10. However, for Syracuse - a three and three team - playing them this well shows that they can play well. But, the ACC isn't great.
I like the way their offense looks, I wish we ran a spread like that. My only point is that Syracuse seems to do this to Clemson. They scared them in 2015 when they went 4-8. You can't say THIS is Syracuse when their body of work proves otherwise.Even if they lost to Middle Tennessee, they are playing better. We haven't improved at all since that game.

This is why I crack up when people say this is a 5-7 year rebuild. As if it’s unprecedented that a second year coach get a first down against a team with a pulse.
Miami still has a shotOn the plus side, maybe the ACC's playoff hopes go bye-bye.
Also, that obnoxious Clemson know-it-all that posts here all the time's gotta be pissed.
I came into the game late. Is he a Babers recruit or was he already on the roster?A good QB changes everything.
Looks like the Syracuse A.D. made a very smart move in hiring a former Defensive Coordinator with no previous experience or proven track record as a Head Coach in Dino Babers.
Oh. Wait. Never mind.
Miami still has a shot
Well I know @vkj91 certainly didn't and I didn't have a problem with him and thought he was a solid choice but not the top of my list because of his not great defenses at Bowling Green.lol and this board panned Babers
the RU program is nowhere near ready to come within 4tds of a national champion
congrats to Syracuse
Syracuse sucks. They lost to middle Tennessee. The dome is a tough place to play. They still suck.
