I feel like Chinander is an average D coordinator at best. His team's poor fundamentals, technique, simple concepts that can be adjusted against without counter adjustments are just a few reasons. If our team is going to take that next step we need a high level coordinator. We have the resources, name recognition, facilities coming, and tradition to pull just about whomever we want.

Spot on. I am a UCF season ticket holder and watched his defense for 2 seasons. They will wow you with a great play and then give up a TD a few plays later. Your offense has to score a ton to mask EC's Defense. I told many NU friends that you will learn within 2 years that EC is not the DC you need. SF is a good coach on the offensive side of the ball. EC has full control and shouldn't. The problem. Can Scott bring himself to fire the best man in is wedding?

Nebraska will not be the team they want to be as long as EC is the DC.
