There are many who would say, "Anyone who accepts any creed outside the Bible is not Christian."

That's all from me on that.
Yeah, people who say that are wildly ignorant of church history and Christian theology. Bible was canonized by the Church, and the Church determined the Nicene Creed was what was necessary to believe. In other words, the Church decided the Bible, not the other way around. And that decision was binding, and happened before the Bible was universally canonized in the 600's. Nicene creed is late 300's and that same council ex-communicated Arius.
