Can't remember if it was ding dong one (MSU) or ding dong two (Corby) who laughed at me and said Okie State was still years away from competing for number 2 and would never compete with PSU as long as Cael's there. Hmmm, our non-Iowa fans clearly aren't as smart as they think. And with the crew DT has coming in it's going to get interesting as soon as next year. He's got hammers in the room, hammers coming in, and surely one or two studs will jump ship and head to DT land before next season. Glad we finally have some competition at NCAAs, even if it's not us. And of course, I'm pretty happy to see tOSU and ISU lose to our boys.

Well, without the mastery of coaching experience that the Brands boys have, who could actually do better? Sharp guys I'm sure they are. Taylor certainly wouldn't do worse, and maybe he could have gotten some momentum. Instead, clown boys are celebrating fourth. At Iowa.

Not at that level anymore lol. He had a good season as a freshman though. Its crazy the way the sport works. He has brackets at home with tournaments he's won. Now that he's older, alot of those names, stood on the podium today. He just went a bit of a different path around the beginning of high school. Wrestling wasn't number 1. He has a weird combo of qualifying for Hershey and also being a state player in golf. We never pushed. Probably should have more. I was coaching, and didn't want to be that parent. Saw too many of them.
