I would like to see Hopkins be used to flash to the FT line against the 2-3 zone. I think he has the skills to be effective attacking the paint and scoring or making a nice pass to shooters or lobs to baseline cutters.
i like that idea

Have we scored 20 points in the last 39 minutes. Man, we have just quit scoring once CM went to a zone and of course our multiple lineups in the game.

Started the game 11/12 and are barely above 40% shooting for the game. Yikes

Who knows, might be a big step forward for him. If he can do other things well, then he can stay on the floor even if his shot isn't falling.

He has shot atrocious in 2 of the 3 games he has got more run with Mintz out. It will be interesting to see what happens when Mintz returns and when Sharpe arrives.

He has to do other things when he is off for sure.

This team has been together for a 1/4 of the season and doesnt know a play against the 2-3 zone other than set a pick at the top of the key or set a baseline pick for a lob?

There is absolutely zero movement against the zone.
