Until she got up and pushed herself up with her weight on Clarks neck........Wasn't all that bad honestly. She just balled her fist and pushed on her neck.

Duh, the whole country lost their minds over this attack, they literally had no choice. There was an official responsible for watching this area and they need a suspension as well.They gave this black and gay player a suspension

I hadn't seen that good a look. You can clearly see even after Thomas got up from her "assault" on Clark, either she or someone else hit her with a hand as they were taking off. Its absolutely incredible, not only that this wasn't called at all, but this was a ROAD game for the Mercury and they got out of the arena in one piece. Can you imagine in the days of Bird or MJ or the bad Boys in Detroit what would have happened. Hell in women's college basketball the LSU vs S Carolina dust up, not only player ejections but fans coming out on the floor....Here's a good look at it. Thomas is, and always has been, a POS.

And since Thomas is the very poster child for both of those, well I guess that what we get.....
No kidding. so they review a shot follow through by CC for a "hostile act" and then she gets WWE'd on the floor, (in no way a basketball play) and its "nothing to see here"....

This is important, they were concerned about “hostile act”on a reaction to being fouled while shooting, not concerned about an assault on a player after the ball was out of Clark’s possession, what’s maddening is that White didn’t even try to come to her defense at that moment. Did she not see it either?
White definitely should have done something. Maybe she didn't see it, but if she did she should have been charging onto the court to get a T to let the refs know.
The WNBA validates so many negative stereotypes, it's hard to ignore.

I guess with how light/incidental some flagrant 1s are in the W you have a point. I was using my personal scale rather than how things have been called so far.

No it does NOT. This is where REAL leagues look at the player and their pattern of this type of behavior. Thomas is well known for this type of things many, many times. This just says, NO big deal.
But the WNBA really took a "hard look" at this in the offseason, guys.

So just move on then, and that will be the end of this? They had some of the same crap just TWO days ago. Then their coach in his post game presser says, "oh we'll remember", and then his "enforcer" (remember Thomas has a long history of this kind of crap), goes out and knees her in the groin, the fist to the throat while pushed her self up by putting her weight on Clarks throat, and then steps over her, basically saying "stay down bit--". Your kidding yourself if you don't think this an on going pattern with Thomas, AND that this just sends a clear message to the other antagonists in this crap league, that there will be no real penalty for this type of behavior.......
