For about 5 minutes there, we DID suck. If we could get consistent at what we do well? No one could stop us. This team just isn't consistent right now. Great end to the half though. That's what we have to do ALL the time.

If we can find a way to freaking block out, this game is ours.

Man, I hate basketball players who cant hit, but not when they're like Vando. I'd take 3 of him every year. He's not coming back to Kentucky. I wish it was true but I don't see it. He is waaaaay more tempting to stash away than Diallo.

Agreed. He can literally do everything at his size except shoot. Great motor, aggressive on the boards, can handle, great passer, always has his head up looking to make a play.

If he just didn't throw shoot the ball like he's playing darts, he'd be tremendous.

Dude you have no idea if Vanderbilt is coming back to Kentucky or not. HE SHOULD come back. If he wasn't injured, sure...he would be a OAD but he's now a 2 year player. He needs to find his rhythm next year while playing at Kentucky.

someone mentioned it earlier, but I dislike Dakich more for his nonsense he says when he isn't announcing a game. During the game he's more Billy Packer than Dick Vitale, but I'm OK with that.

He still seems like his mind is going 100 mphs. Trying to make up time, but I love his fight and hustle.

Couple of thoughts: Diallo cannot be on the floor in a half-court game. Unless it's a hectic pace, his skill set is a liability. And Knox MUST accept the role of Alpha dog. Even if it means forcing things now and then.

It's possible but I doubt it. Kid has all sorts of intangibles at his size with his athleticism. If he went anywhere other UK - more probable. But the culture is what it is. If you have a chance, you go.

I think he is just not letting the offensive game come to him. He's forcing it a bit. Needs to just kind of slow himself down and I think Cal needs to find him easy shots to start the game. Set him up to get an alley oop and get pumped on an easy dunk. It is that sort of thing that can boost his confidence on the offensive end.

Still, knowing this offense, we'd never actually understand when he is open for an alley oop.

VA now has now lost two. WV and VA Tech. We have wins over both. That has to help us you would think. Who knows though the NCAA hates us.

We also used to be part of Virginia and teams with Virginia connections seem to be able to beat UVA.

I've been busy getting ebay orders ready for a few hours... didnt even realize what time it was.... and didnt even watch a second of the first half

Should I keep doing ebay orders and just check the final score to keep the mojo going? what do you guys think?

I hope that one point they took away from Green's 3-pointer doesn't come back to haunt us at the end of the game. It was clearly a three point shot if you use your DVR and look at it

Dakich is a POS, but he is right... if you largely hustle in college basketball and you just do the little things right then it can be good for about 10ppg. Hustle down the floor for a putback and box out. If we saw this out of Diallo and Knox when they were struggling on offense then the frustration would be minimal. Instead, we see them jogging until they get a change for a run out dunk.

Well, dude, there is no way Vanderbilt is coming back. He's injury prone and on the draft boards. It isn't happening.

Can you provide us a screen shot. I am watching on a tv with no dvr and would like to see it since ESPN did not focus on it at all.
