I'm not claiming he's guilty, stupid.

All I've ever done is just recount the evidence.

And this "video" is not evidence of anything.

As short, blurry and incomplete as this video is it certainly can be used as "evidence" in a court of law....so it is meaningful as dumb as you think it is.

Anything can be entered into evidence. That doesn't make it meaningful.

Again, this is a misdemeanor assault charge. If the video evidence was meaningful then Carroo's lawyer would have shown it to the prosecutor and asked him to dismiss the charge. That has not been done. So we wait until next Thursday to see what the judge thinks. If the charges don't get thrown out then, I think we can assume that there is a substantive case beyond this alleged "evidence",

If the family court awards a permanent restraining order, I don't see how LC is allowed to return this year. I think that's the bigger issue here then the simple assault. That will more likely then not be pled out to a DP offense or a municipal ordinance ticket. The order of protection is the major issue here.

Conclusions to be drawn:

1. No conviction unless prosecutor has a way better video of this mess.
2. If the pocketbook swinging chick is actually the victim she should also be charged. The only reason why she would not be named in a citizen's complaint by GF#2 is Caroo's fear that this would delay the proceedings and he wants to get back on the field ASAP.
3. If security left the area between the videos then someone deserves to be "reassigned" far, far away.
4. We need better lighting in the area.
5. We need more security cameras.
