No you have not. This class has about 10 draft risks. You have not heard that about any other MSU class since 1994.
It is pretty easy to see. Get the draft-caliber guys in school and you win. They do not all have to be drafted, but just that caliber of player. 2010, 2013 and 2015 had or have a significant number of those caliber players. We went to Omaha when the 2010 class was juniors. I expect the same next year. Come to think of it, 2014 was not a bad class as far as that goes. Gordon, Dominguez, McCord and Stover were highly thought of and had big offers. Ryan Gridley is showing that he belongs. Good filler class. The future is bright.
In hindsight, it appears the 2012 class is where we whiffed. We got Jacob Robson and Cody Brown, that is about it. At least in 2011 we got Holder and Lindgren. Both of those classes overall had a bunch of duds.
