Finding enjoyment in losing to teams we should beat by 20+ and look like **** playing mediocre teams is not my idea of enjoyment, but you enjoy it if you want.Perhaps we should enjoy the process more....

Not trying to be the downer I'm really not but the 7 wins are against mediocre teams.
Looked impressive against no one except Unc Greensboro smh
It’s coming together be patient.Looked impressive against no one except Unc Greensboro smh
Against teams that are just a shade better than top high school teams. We played 2 real teams and lost both games. But, you keep celebrating that 7-2.
I agree. But I don’t believe the sky is falling. Why is this team in trouble? 4 reasons. 1st, and foremost, they are not a very good perimeter defensive team. That can be corrected, but having 4 freshman guards will make it a challenging project. Camp Cal will help. 2nd, Nick Richards has been a bust recruit. This is really hurting the team. But it will result in more PT for Montgomery, so it isn’t crippling. 3rd, Quade Green was a bust recruit who left just when we needed him to suck it up and work harder. It’s a closed chapter. 4th, PJ Washington plays well in spurts but leave everything on the floor it all the time. That is correctable. If Washington had Keldon Johnson’s heart and fire, he would be the best college basketball player in the country. The bottom line is that this basketball team will be a lot better by March. But next year’s team is in real trouble unless Calipari can pull a couple of large rabbits out of his recruiting hat. The greatest concern is that top players are self-absorbed now and no longer want to accept Calipari’s recruiting pitch. Calipari is smart, and probably knows by now that he has to rethink his sales pitch. I think he can.Agree with this. What happens with Cal now will determine a lot about his legacy.
Lol SGA wasn't elite?! Are you high?!Most of the offensive woes boil down to PGs. We have had adequate but not elite point guards this year or last.
Well he gets $8 million a year and complete authority over who he staffs. So if he needs help, and he refuses to replace people (who aren’t helping) then that’s on him.
Cal is too stubborn to accept help, he's set in his ways. That's why he still runs that old ineffective antiquated offense that he needs to "tweak" every year.

I wish. He became elite no doubt. I actually forgot about him.Lol SGA wasn't elite?! Are you high?!

I have literally made a post about this same thing, we need an offensive coordinator. Defensively we always get it going, but the offense is what sells tickets and sells recruits on coming here. WE HAVE A BAD OFFENSIVE SYSTEM, FIX IT! And I will not speak out against Cal, I trust him as our coach. But surely he sees this needs to be fixed.
