On the surface, this is a no-brainer and makes sense. However, when you stop and think about it, you’re denying someone their due process rights as guaranteed by the 4th amendment.
The details of this COA doesn’t elaborate on how someone is placed on the No Fly list (could be you got rowdy with a flight attendant) or pose a credible threat. Additionally, there were no details on how you get off the list. One can be placed on the No Fly list even though they haven’t broken any laws. Are you in favor of restricting constitutional rights preemptively? Seems like a scary road to go down when we start denying guaranteed constitutionally protected freedoms, in this case, the 2nd amendment and the 4th amendment.
Put me in the camp of protecting the constitution.
