All one has to do is take the blinders off. Congress can investigate but the Justice dept is in the tank like all good democratic politicians. The investigations in Benghazi has proven she lied and that was confirmed by Comey. The Justice dept under Loretta swit is corrupt. Letting her lawyers look at her emails without clearance is in itself breaking the law. Some of you on the left are down right treasonous.

Are you high? How is voting for Johnson helping Trump get elected? Every person I know voting for Johnson are disenfranchised GOP voters. If anything, voting for Johnson is helping Hillary get elected.

Do you think that had the GOP been in the WhiteHouse and AG she would have walked? I certainly don't.

The only reason she wasn't indicted was because she was the DNC Presidential nominee. Period.

Comey told you why she wasn't indicted. But you and those who form your opinions based on anything but facts don't want to listen. And btw, Comey is the repub who stood up to the W admin when they tried to get Ashcroft to sign over the store while he was in the hospital. He's no partisan hack. If he felt like she should've been indicted and the admin pushed back, do you honestly think he would've rolled over?

Do you think HC should be lose her security clearance. Below are some reasons why one should NOT be given a security clearance and could lose one.

40. Conditions that may be disqualifying include:

(b) illegal or unauthorized modification, destruction, manipulation or denial of access to information, software, firmware, or hardware in an information technology system;

(c) use of any information technology system to gain unauthorized access to another system or to a compartmented area within the same system;

(e) unauthorized use of a government or other information technology system;

(g) negligence or lax security habits in handling information technology that persist despite counseling by management;

(h) any misuse of information technology, whether deliberate or negligent, that results in damage to the national security

Sit down old man and take a rest. Not all of the blood is flowing to your brain. You're confusing two different investigations. The Benghazi investigation was led by Gowdy, took more than two years and cost us taxpayers more than $7 million and "found no evidence of culpability or wrongdoing". Comey led the e-mail investigation and recommended no charges. "Lock her up". [laughing]

She lied to Congress was what Gowdy was asking and comey confirmed it. Loretta Swit is corrupt. Carelessly negligent, if you or I had done that, others are in jail for less, we would be fighting for the TV in jail to watch the Mountaineers.

Actually he didn't, he said no reasonable prosecutor would bring it to trial. He never gave the specific reasoning why. What he did do was list out all of the ways she broke the law and said that if someone else did it, they would likely be charged. There are only a couple reasons one could infer as to why.

I've heard the same from other agents. One was really fond of the Bushes (no surprise) but also liked Biden a lot.

The SS itself though is in need of reform. Stories I hear about cronyism, etc., make it sound like a thankless job.
