You're not even good at your own game. Thought you were better.
So now have to imagine that Ash is already sorting through the options
I'd hire Panagos back in a heartbeat. One of the few Flood assistants worth anything.Options for D Line Coach:
Panagoes
Chris Partridge , Michigan
Scott Vallone
many others, lol
Follow the logic. Why would you move from a P5 school down to a G5 school? What's the career goal with this move? It's simple he wasn't retained allowed to find another job 1st then a mutual parting of ways. It allows the coach to save face.
What's Joe Rossi doing these days?I'd hire Panagos back in a heartbeat. One of the few Flood assistants worth anything.
Working with Fleck in Minnesota I believe. What's Joe Rossi doing these days?
Correct. Quality Control.Working with Fleck in Minnesota I believe.
Banks issue had nothing to do with Burnham. It was just an odd situation that nobody can wrap their head around.Losing Banks to Temple was the last straw. Peace out Burnham...he was easily our weakest recruiter.
But we always need a goat or someone to kick here. It's what we do.Banks issue had nothing to do with Burnham. It was just an odd situation that nobody can wrap their head around.

I wouldn't say that nobody can wrap their heads around it. Even some folks from DePaul.Banks issue had nothing to do with Burnham. It was just an odd situation that nobody can wrap their head around.
Then you would be wrong. He was at the end of his 2 yr. contract and not retained. And I bet you also thought Mehringer left being an OC on his own volition to be a glorified WR coach again.I don't buy your theory. He's a Florida guy and has young kids....he recruits florida......once he hitches his wagons to Heupel, he's going to have at least four years of job security in Florida. They'll probably give him a raise, even from Rutgers' Big Ten money.
Not Burnhan, this coaching carousel needs to stop
Please offer the job to Panagos......energetic young guy the players love....energy level off the chart. Very good recruiter at a position where we haven't been that successful.[/QUOTE
Would love to see Panagos back but extremely unlikely IMHO.
