The women will be the first scapegoats. Noem then Bondi.
Scapegoat? Noem is a liability. Worst person in the cabinet.

Bondi is relentless at being Trump’s lap dog. She deserved to be fired 9 months ago…… that’s assuming she’s responsible of upholding the rule of law. Eventually she’ll be asked to do too much and then expendable. She’s not there yet. There’s 50,000 reasons she’s fine at the moment sadly.

You almost nailed it. Left off the part where trump will be the supreme grand overlord for life and tax payer dollars will be funneled into it.
Probably a wing of the Council for Peace that cheeto chairs that includes BiBi

And to keep her quiet with a cushy paycheck
Of course, that goes without saying. Transfiring someone is always good way to make the change easier and with less drama. I think, and i could be wrong, but Trump is big on loyalty. So for people / bosses like that, if someone was loyal and worked real hard but just wasn't up to the job, or if it was time for a public sacrifice to be made, they're goign to try and soften the landing a bit.

For all i know, she could be on the clock already at this new gig and knows now that she has a year or whatever and then she's going to, "pursue other opportunities"

Seems wild to give up your senate seat to head the DHS for at best 3 years? Being senator in Oklahoma seems like a real cushy gig where you don't really have any concern of losing your seat unless you get primaried.

Loyalty is rewarded.

You have to think of this like a mob organization ... because it is. That's not an exaggeration. Trump even took his cut from Noem's friend's contract that got her "reassigned."

Yeah Trump is horrible with that. To be honest when (IF) i read his statements i think i subconciously skim over that stuff. Hey if the purpose of the communication is obvioulsy to toot your own horn, then go for it. But trump has a habit of interjecting that stuff randomly into anything.
We are on different sides of the political aisle, but I find myself agreeing with you much more frequently of late. Not sure why that is. Part of it is probably that the Iran bombing and hostilities are now a fait accompli, so arguing about whether they were warranted is like closing the barn door after the horse has already gotten out. (But man, this Iranian invasion could end up being good, terrible or anywhere in between.)

I'm not saying she's not awful. They're all awful. I was just saying I think his first sacrifices will be the women because he hates women. And scapegoating is relative, too. She's an extension of him.

Replacing her with a dumbass redneck like Markwayne Mullin tracks.

Just amazing. Dude is funny

PIC just doesn't know when to shut his mouth. He is living proof of the soundness of the well known aphorism "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt." That is widely attributed to Honest Abe, but my friend Google advises that it may well have been created by a writer named Maurice Switzer. Viz.:

The full, commonly quoted phrase is: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt". This aphorism, often attributed to Abraham Lincoln or Mark Twain but likely originating with Maurice Switzer in 1907, advises that speaking without knowledge can confirm one's ignorance
  • Meaning: It is wiser to stay quiet and let people wonder about your intelligence than to talk and prove you lack it.
  • Origin: While frequently attributed to Abraham Lincoln, research suggests it was first published in 1907 by Maurice Switzer in Mrs. Goose, Her Book, which read: "It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool, than to talk and remove all doubt of it".
    • Alternative Source: The sentiment is also closely related to Proverbs 17:28 in the Bible, which says: "Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise"

IMHO, he would have done a lot better to just admit his Epstein friendship was a mistake at a younger age, but this does not work with the Roy Cohn and Norman Vincent Peal MO

Yes, Sir. Scary isn't it?

Maybe you're taking your meds. :) Maybe i'm being better at taking my meds as of late.;) Maybe both.

Re: Iran. I concur. (there it is again!)

Alea iacta est.

My POV is that we get good or somewhere inbetween. Worst case scenario is descent into chaos and mass migration of refugees (no, i'm not going to go there.) If worst case scenario the contested/ungoverned space will basically give Israeli Mossad the freedom to penetrate across the board in Iran. Its going to happen anyway and is happening right now. With that, and the Irainian IRGC decimated, and military capacity wiped out for all intents and purposes, and the shift in relations with the US and the other gulf states, Israel should be able to keep the boot on Iran and keep them from becoming the scourge that they are now.

I think Burger King, strip clubs and adult bookstores popping up in Tehran are a ways away yet , but, there is a good chance we get better because the people want better. If nothign else we will have no-kidding reduced the threat to us (the US) and others and will have likely united the other gulf countries and israel to whatever extent possible.

On this one, i'm a glass half full guy. And the other, younger, part of my brain is happy for the revenge we are taking on a regime that has been killing Americans for over four decades.

Amazing that the chuds thought we were going to drain the swamp only to have unqualified morons like Grandma Botox line her pockets with millions upon millions of taxpayer dollars while her sidepiece signs the contracts for his buddies.

This kind of corruption is so beyond the pale even in the time of the Trump Crime Family.

I can't wait till these morons are voted out the next two cycles and his cabinet gets dragged into hearings and tossed in jail for their crimes.

Democrat told us it was impossible. That the border could not be closed it was too big, too long and we just couldn’t stop the people from coming.

And ICE Barbie got it done when they couldn’t. So Boone can talk all the sh it he wants, we will just add it to the stuff that he was been absolutely wrong about.

Very interesting alternate theory.

Guess who's going to play the biggest role in helping to run/coordinate the A3C from her new position at SHIELD of the Americas?

At shutting down the Transnational Crime Syndicate's cartel activities in our hemisphere?

Fake News propagandists are trying to sell sell SELL the narrative she was just TAKEN OUT by her own corruption/incompetence at DHS for the past year, that she was FIRED and stepped down in utter DISGRACE.

They are FURIOUSLY denying she was just PROMOTED to a HIGHER-LEVEL JOB in this Trump Cabinet.

MEET KRISTI FURY. New head of the SHIELD for the Americas. :)

Trump is making moves, The Usual Suspects are trying to gaslight you about them.

Ain't life grand?

So Markwayne didn't go to college and didn't serve either? In TrumpWorld that makes him the perfect candidate.
