Seems wild to give up your senate seat to head the DHS for at best 3 years? Being senator in Oklahoma seems like a real cushy gig where you don't really have any concern of losing your seat unless you get primaried.

Yeah Trump is horrible with that. To be honest when (IF) i read his statements i think i subconciously skim over that stuff. I'd wager that "The Shield of the Americas" will be promoted by PIC as some kind of security arrangement for the entire Western Hemisphere (i.e., "the Americas"), but that PIC in fact intends to try and use it to tell every country in the Western Hemisphere what to do.
