"And, most significantly, there were no other people charged. That means Trump legally could not be named as an unindicted co-conspirator in an obstruction plot.

At that point, no federal prosecutor has the right to impugn an uncharged investigative target’s reputation through anonymous leaks or literary reports. They are not allowed to anonymously inject into the court of public opinion any “damaging” information about what they couldn’t succeed at offering in a court of law, as proof of criminality."

This is just going to get worse for Trump.

I'm sure it will....that's why it's hard to believe that he won't tell everyone....."take this job and shove it".

So let's pretend I was investigating you for possession of child pornography and during my investigation I discovered the child in question was of legal age so by law I had to close the investigation. However since I don't like you I dumped all the information into the public domain ruining your reputation. You would be ok with that ?

Save your what ifs, not needed. Barr should release the Mueller summaries immediately so the public could get a glimpse of Mueller's findings and not some Barr composed gloss over of the same report.

I want to form my own conclusions from the evidence gathered. If Trump did something illegal, prosecute him, whether he is a sitting president or not. If he didn’t, support the office of the American president. The narrative i support is full disclosure of the evidence (minus the obligatory properly redacted materials). Sunshine is a disinfectant, etc.
Join the mob of literally everyone on the right who posts on this board. Not a single one of us disagree with your position. We’ve been wanting everything out in the open since the onset of this. The leftist narrative being sold to the mob isn’t accurate, nor is it working.

One of the fun things I was hoping to come from Trump was an opening of the files on JFK and Roswell.

He should as soon as he does what's necessary to protect the innocent because that is what is required by law. The problem is that silly U.S. Constitution !!! If we could just do away with that outdated piece of garbage then we could really get Trump then. Right ? Rule of law [pfftt]

Legally he can't release the entire unredacted report......he could face jail time if he did.

Mueller helped barr write the summary. I know CNN didnt tell you that. The DOJ also mulled over Muellers thought on obstruction for weeks and determined they could not prosecute. CNN didnt tell you that either. You are falling for more lies because you want to believe orange man bad.

The summaries were written for release to the public but Barr will sit on his hands as long as possible.

You sure clark?
You, me, and everyone else can see through the problem here and it isn’t Barr, Trump, or the law. The problem is that Dems aren’t getting to control the narrative right now, even with all of the MSM in their pocket. They’re all up in arms simply because Trump owns the narrative right now and they’re powerless to counter it.

Just stop with any other discussion and know that it all comes to that fact alone.

Does it ever dawn on you that the news media tells you **** like that to get you to watch. DOJ and intelligence agency's protocol will be followed and not what's politically advantageous to the Democractic Party. To quote the 44th President of the United States " Elections have consequences". It appears William Barr will follow the law as written.

The board idiot is always interested in what everyone else does for a living. He of course will never tell anyone his profession. Even though it is obvious to anyone paying attention.
