Instead the Jailhawks are skating along under the cloud of five major NCAA charges, including loss of institutional control and direct charges that your coach is a cheater. We post multiple threads about many opposing teams. This is the most active single board on Rivals, I think. We are all about basketball over here. So don’t feel like y’all are singled out.

No I think your board is great and I don't think you have singled out KU, but it seems like more of your threads are made about KU rather than Duke and UNC. Which is odd because in all honesty they are your biggest competitors and the zags now.

I don’t think people have a problem admitting Nike is as corrupt as Addidas. I mean, look at where they make a lot of, if not most or all of, their products (China). But the problem you’re going to have is getting people here to see that Nike‘s corruption is helping UK cheat to get the best players.

With Barnhart as a boss I would find it hard to believe that any UK coaches would take a chance doing anything, no matter how small it is, out of line with the rules. Lot of people don't know the AD like we do. Anything can happen, but just saying.

Couple that with UK losing out on it’s top targets to other schools, a good number of which were lost to shady circumstances (I.e Zion, Wiseman, etc) I find it very hard to just assume UK is cheating.

I don’t assume people or entities are breaking rules or laws unless I have real evidence to support that claim. Guilt by association is something I’ve hated since being a child and being punished for the having loud classmates and so I don’t apply to my own thinking. Nike might technically have more money but it ain’t like adidas is the poor kid in the class. They are the Nike of Europe and If money pays for cover ups they would have plenty for that.

I dont neglect the possibility that UK could be shady. But there isn’t any evidence so I am bound by my own principles to say that UK is innocent. There hasn’t even been a UNC event UK (where we get caught for wrong doing but still somehow get out of punishment). There’s literally nothing on UK. It’s also not like the ncaa is scared to punish UK. They but destroyed our program once before for violations that today seem like pissing in the woods. So I doubt they’re out to keep us safe.

And I hold consistent feelings for any other school that hasn’t had scandals come to light.

I don’t think Arizona will be ignored if KU is ultimately punished. Duke on the other hand gets away with everything because of who their coach is, not because Nike is their sponsor.
