I don't have the clip of it...but the beginning of the Godfather, and Marlon Brando is petting the cat....that was completely unrehearsed. The cat just showed up and made himself at home and Brando just rolled with it.
Indiana Jones, the original, when he reached for his gun and shot the guy...again, 100% improvised
Not that either are the best scene ever, but the way they improvised and just kept rolling, pretty great.

That show was so freaking badass...had the pleasure of seeing it at Indian Hills, which at the time as the best screen in town.
Good one. I would throw in the scene where Pacino and DeNiro are in the diner having a convo about 'taking each other down'. Great movie.
How has nobody included the classic The Warriors yet? Walter Hill certainly knew how to write and direct good action movies made for men.
