Surprised no one has mentioned Brad Evans. Former Duke basketball player and one year football player. Big time qb prospect out of Durham High I believe.

I guess Greg Paulus is deserving of a mention.

So far this century: LeBron James

Dan Gable is waaaaaay up there for me, as is Cale Sanderson. Gable was undefeated in high school, only lost one match in college and absolutely destroyed the guy who beat him in the Olympic prelims. Then didn't surrender a point to anyone on the world stage. That is dominance beyond measure, up there with Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt. They should get mentions too, I just think LeBron would be great at so many sports if he just tried lol.

He was. He could do it all. A legend on the cement court in pick up basketball. I was there. I witnessed it. His vertical was 6" on his best day. He was deadly from inside 2 feet. Everyone wanted to guard Ponarkel. He used and abused them all. :D OFC
