Something about this guy tells me he will end up being one of my favorite Cats ever. Even if he doesn't play much. Just feel like he's going to be standing up for his teammates all season like a big brother.
You know itYou like when it gets rough?
Actually it is imbecilic to take an unsubstantiated post on a message board and run with it like it is gospel. There has been no proof not only that Franck will be out or have there been proof of posts other than OP and his friends.Either way it's just imbecilic to keep recruiting these dudes with a history of injuries at this point. His history suggests he will be injured at some point this season.
The injury point is obviously valid, despite the fact that Kepnang apparently never gives up and keeps coming back and playing hard. But he was starting before and now he’s generally only going to be playing limited minutes. I can’t prove it scientifically, but it seems like less minutes would make it less likely that he’ll suffer a season-ending injury.Either way it's just imbecilic to keep recruiting these dudes with a history of injuries at this point. In that scenario, I’d run McBride at the 5, N'Diaye at the 4, and Mom at the 3. Small detail, but McBride has the strength to handle the 5 despite being undersized. For 6 to 8 minute stretches against anyone outside of Florida's size, that frontcourt would hold up fine and it would be an absolute defensive nightmare for other teams on the mismatch end.Everyone keeps harping on N'Diaye being too small to play C, but he is 6'11 210 lbs and they are probably working on adding weight for him. If you have to put him at the 5, McBride at the 4, and Momcilovic/Williams/Hawthorne at 3 for some spells, I think we will be ok.
When Frank came in, it was well documentated that he wouldn't be practicing much this summer for load management. I'd find it extremely hard to believe he would have suffered a season ending injury, but you do you OP.

I clearly wasn't speaking to the rumor, but to his history of injuries. Good grief.Actually it is imbecilic to take an unsubstantiated post on a message board and run with it like it is gospel. Just because it is posted on Rupp's Rafters does not make it true.
There are no excuses. Pick injury prone players when there are other options, you deal with the consequences.I hope this isnt true.
We dont need Pope having excuses again.
