Absolutely but hearing we will get WVU.Be nice if we got Texas in the big 12/sec match up and show him what he could've been part of.

I disagree, Diallo didn't matter near as much as Bamba. Needed a rim protector. Gonna have to hope Richards is better than expected...

:flush:I am happy for him. After reading his article, it helped me really understand why he'd want to go to UT, and I really think he made the right choice for him. We have Nick Richards and a now-confident SKJ at center, we will be fine!
Huge blow to UK's final four chances for next year. No idea how Smart beat Cal for Bamba, pretty amazing.
Can all the posters who guaranteed Bamba to UK and talked down to anyone who thought otherwise stop posting now???

Reminds us of your stance on Knox.
I just don't see why he'd do this.
We are on track for the Final Four next year. Texas won't make it out of the first round of the tournament.
Said I would be shocked if he chose UK and I was. I certainly didn't belittle or insult people who thought otherwise like the "Bamba is coming to UK" people.
We better hope SKJ improved a lot then....SKJ or Richards need to be good now..one will start at C
I don't think anyone actually believed those people knew what they were talking about. Throw them on ignore.
Regardless, gloating in a thread where we *lost* a recruit is a bad look.
R E L A X - We will be great next year.
Texas arguably has less talent this year than last, and Bamba won't produce as much as Allen.... I guarantee it. What a dumb decison, but I'm glad he didn't come here as he clearly doesn't want to work hard.
Looks to me like this is a pretty muted reaction, so far at least (3 pages in). Since by now most people think Diallo is staying in the draft, I think the reaction will likewise not be outrageous. In the main, I mean - sure, there will be a handful of people who are determined to overreact and moan, so they will. This board is going to melt down when Diallo stays in the draft
I have to wonder if he wasn't being a wee bit sarcastic thoughGood Lord.
lol, I'm not happy for him...He is the difference in a #1 ranked team to now without Diallo or Cam maybe top 7-8..Hope this lights a fire under SKJ and RichardsI am happy for him. You cant be serious. good grief.Tide turned 3 weeks as a result of fan backlash regarding Diallo choosing to explore the draft process. Could cost both of them.

Lol, you floated this theory a few weeks back, and you'll probably bring it out again when Diallo stays in the draft. Come on man...Tide turned 3 weeks as a result of fan backlash regarding Diallo choosing to explore the draft process. Could cost both of them.
Diasgree. They have the #3 recruiting class now as well as Andrew Jones likely to return. Mack leaving hurts but they will be much better than last year.
