I like our chances! Lots of good arms and talent coming back next year.
The one thing to remember is also injuries rear their ugly head sometimes. Except for Riley Self, we were pretty injury free this past year (I'm sure I'm missing someone else).
Without knowing which draft eligible players come back and without knowing anything about newcomers…
Logan Tanner, Kellum Clark, Lane Forsythe, Landon Sims, Cade Smith, Stone Simmons, Jackson Fristoe, KC Hunt.
Those are our young players with Omaha experience. That plus the best coaching staff in the country is not a bad place to start.
Add Luke Hancock, Kamren James, and Brad Cumbest to that list.
Arkansas this year proved that you can have great talent and not make it. We've had unprecedented success in getting to Omaha but it's not easy to get there so we shouldn't take it for granted.

Talent will be there to repeat. That's a great place to start.
That's definitely going to be an issue. I hope we don't have an entitlement issue as well, because these players are being treated like kings at the moment. I'm sure there will be some rough patches at times, and that will be when Lemonis earns his soon-to-be upgraded paycheck. That's true. Question will be where will the leadership come from. After losing Jake Mangum, Rowdy and Tanner stepped up. Who will be "the guy(s)" next year? I can see Logan Tanner being one, but he kinda clowns a bit. I think Luke Hancock has some leadership qualities, just looking from the outside.
