We got stopped in two separate bag lines, finally found one that wasn’t enforcing the rules

Good thing too, because there was no way my wife and daughter were waiting in that line as it was extremely long, and we would’ve simply gotten in the car and left, much to my dismay

I'd say 3/4 of that bag line were new freshman students that were bussed over after convocation but were not told don't bring a bag. I'm guessing (and hoping) that line will be much shorter next week.

Personally, I wore a sweatshirt with pockets inside & out so put all my crap in the pockets, including folding up my bag, walked thru the no bag line, then opened the bag & put my stuff in.

Interesting. We had my wife empty out her clear plastic bag (our son and I shoved her junk into our pockets) before heading in, as we were worried the bag line might be long, but when we got there, the bag gate on the east side (Auxiliary gate) had a short line, so it was unnecessary. But heading in and out, that locker line was insane.
