The typical Duke poster on UK boards are the "Jonny Jumpons" who live in Alabama, root for Duke in basketball, and have never even stepped foot in North Carolina. When I was growing up it was the same way just switch it with UNC. Carolina hats everywhere. All of my Tennessee football buddies openly supported them in basketball. The Jordan effect was strong in the 90's and early 2,000's. UK fans are super thick, and what I like about it is they are REAL FANS. when you see a guy in a UK shirt you know. Duke is fake and because of coach K and the ESPN fetish it's popular with young kids. But UK always has a badass following that is much more authentic and is a constant while these bandwagon schools switch with time.

Just sayin.

You watch the 2015 season from the first game amile started Matt Jones was a sub don't call me a idiot when I watch every duke game since 2015 I haven't missed the first game since 2011 K starts the season playing big and slowly works into it

Zachdeer1 misunderstood Aike.

He thinks Aike said that Duke would go small from the start of the season, which he didn't.

Aike said they would probably start big (Jackson, Allen, Tatum, Giles, and Jefferson starting), but would eventually end up with a small lineup with three guards sharing the PG duties (Jackson, Allen, Jones, Tatum, and Giles starting).

Just a simple case of misunderstanding.

I hope that clarifies the situation.

Getting Bolden was huge for Duke as well. If Giles is not 100%, Bolden will step right into that role. Duke's depth is its best asset I think.

I'm not so sure Bolden is capable of stepping right in for Giles. Bolden is a nice player but he's not going to do for duke what HG will. Not even close.

This thread is why Kentucky fans are the greatest in college sports. Dozens of us saw this coming and those Duke nutsacks couldn't comprehend it.

Duke has a lot of talent, but its not the right combination of talent that will be needed to win it all next year. One thing to have great team chemistry in the summer, lets see if they have it when all games and shots count and have a direct impact on each of their futures. We've seen how selfish those players can be when there is no need to be.

Duke blowz, that is why they won't win it all.......

They will lose both games to UNC, which I am fine with.
