You act like this was a sudden overreaction to blame everything on Gebbia because we don't know who else to blame. It wasn't. I've never really liked transfers or players who transfer out of Nebraska. Of course, I am a little hypocritical and love when we get good transfers coming in.

Of course it's also easier to lose a transfer who wasn't very good anyway and isn't really a loss, but Gebbia was a huge loss and he knew that. Like I said, I don't like any transfers out of Nebraska. But it was a combination of factors, the timing, the misleading the coaches, the preaching to be a good teammate when he's only out for himself that made this worse than others.
