The obvious and best choice to start the season. He's a true "gamer" with big time experience.
We're lucky to have gotten him.
Based on HCSF comment about playing more than one QB, I predict it will be Smothers because of his legs and because Frost and Whipple have seen considerable growth in him as a passer.
Purdy would probably be number two if CT went down, but Logan will be used to show the opposing defenses something different. Could be exciting.
