I sign off here and don’t think about it again until the next game. I just want to look forward to real UK basketball again. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever see it again BUT life goes on. Cal can’t stay forever
Good luck finding a new coach, after you fired a hall of fame coach during a pandemic. Coaches are chomping at the bit wanting to deal with this fan base.

“talent >experience” I see. You realize the only two titles won by “ one and done teams” were won by sophomores and seniors correct anddd you realize every title in NCAA HISTORY was won by experience right?
Blob, I'm not a Cal fan, but I'll always be a UK fan. I'll never pull against them, but I do not like 5-13. We have better talent then that, but poor coaching. Cal is a great recruiter, but a poor coach. He's a "One trick pony," and the other coaches know it. I'm surprised it took them 6 years to figure him out. They should have figured it out when Huggins beat him the first year.

Every legend falls apart at some point if they coach long enough.... Crum, Knight... etc.... and the past 6 years of Tubby was total 50 losses and only 2 elite 8's... well last 5 years and this one so far is 53 losses for Cal... only 2 elite 8's and now one losing season with no post season.
So get wrecked with a hot poker ......

You forgot about the shot clock violation by Nigel Hayes thats on repeat for days on YouTube. What you dont remember is, it wasnt reviewable UNDER 2 minutes until after that season, hot shot.
And what about BK? He was a stone cold killer.. same with Aaron H! It didnt happen just once

Kansas is about at single digits from passing UK up in all time wins.
We still have the chance to lose 20 games this season, and that is quite impressive!

During Carolina’s 8-20 season, they were 6-12 after 18 games. Kentucky is now 5-13.
To put that in perspective, they had Matt Doherty as coach, who no one will ever confuse with a Hall of Fame coach, they had 1 pro in Jawad Williams, and they played in the ACC with #1 Duke, #3 Maryland (eventual national champions) and #19 Wake Forest.
Let that sink in, an era of College basketball where even the bad teams were still pretty fundamentally sound, Carolina's worst team with their worst coach in a harder conference (two #1 seeds) still posted a better record at this point than we have with a HOF coach and several highly rated recruits who have the potential to go pro.
This is an epic, inexcusable failure on Calipari and his coaching staff's part.

Yep, I do not watch the games, and never post on the board during the games. Get on here the next day and read comments.
This team has higher rated players than most other teams in AMerica, yet they are winning, we are not. And do not come back with the tired "we are young" bull ****. Your coach makes us young every year.
