Teag strikes me as a kid who is obviously super talented, but is still so raw. His best days are ahead of him if he keeps following this path
I hope PSU keeps an eye on him.

Remember also that, until you get to the football weights, Super 32 brackets are enormous. As in, several weights have well over 100 wrestlers each, and some have 150+. These brackets have more students than several PA public schools have total 9-12 enrollment.I think I'm realizing my expectations for some of these kids need To be tempered a bit.

This event must occur in the offseason -- no state athletics body would ever approve that many matches in such a short period of time. It's borderline malpractice.
So while it does provide some compelling individual matches, it's much more a battle of attrition than a predictor.
I don’t know if you guys aren’t arguing past each other with this post. Not even close to true. It’s no different than Fargo (especially when it was line bracketing)
The best guys win. It’s not a guarantee?l, but it is a HUGE indicator of success at the next level.
Save that for the inevitable per capita argument thrown out during NCAAsThe important stat for the tournament.
The major Pennsylvania city of Dubois, population around 7500 in the 2020 census, two finalists. The entire state of Iowa, population 3.2 million. Two finalists.
Internet in the venue keeps going out. When all mats go at once you know it's not a flo technical issue
See. Not knowing to save that is why I'm just an amateur Iowa haterSave that for the inevitable per capita argument thrown out during NCAAs
This is about right. Also add that Fargo is age-segregated, Super 32 is not.I don’t know if you guys aren’t arguing past each other with this post.
While it’s true the best guys win - they always win because there is a tier of guys at the top of the PFP that are clearly separated.
But sometimes below that when it comes to the podium it IS a war of attrition - and today they are a couple of days out from the last weigh in, so @El_Jefe has a point.
Somebody earlier in the thread said just pay attention to who people beat and who they lose to. Throw in what size they are for the weight class and I think you sum up this tournament nicely for the non-top 10 or 5ish PFP guys that compete.
Mine has been slowing down for years. I would love to blame Flo, but my prostate says otherwise.Stream down for anyone else?
